What is Low Pressure Fitness Hypopressives?

The poses incorporate hypopressive techniques to reduce pressure through the core and pelvic floor as well as improving posture, myofascial and neurodynamic mobility.

A whole body approach
with a progressive wellness movement discipline that restores your core and pelvic floor health.
MIND
LPF is a mindfulness practice. Slow breathing and slow steady moments help to calm the nervous system. Many clients report feeling calmer and more relaxed after LPF practice, as it can bring people into the parasympathetic nervous system, or the "rest, digest, relax, and heal" state.
BODY
LPF is a full body approach to alignment and core tone. It helps to both mobilize and stabilize the myofascial chains within the human body, and since fascia is the framework of our body and encompasses the organs, vascular/nerve structures, and muscle/bone/skin, it helps us to improve HEALTH from the inside-out.
CORE
From our neck to our pelvic floor, LPF helps to coordinate and integrate the diaphragms within our body, toning and strengthening the deep system muscles of our core while managing pressure.
BREATH
Your breath can be transformed with LPF practice. LPF has a devotion to the respiratory diaphragm from fascial release to stretching and strengthening, LPF practice will improve breathing mechanics, efficiency and strength to unlock many health benefits.
